BEGINNERS BEEKEEPING COURSE

VitaG617.jpg

Our ever-popular Theory Course for beginners is the only one we know in the North West that is classroom-based. Many courses elsewhere are conducted online, but we prefer to do it the old-fashioned way—in person.

The 2025 Course is now full. The next course starts at Woodbank Community Association, Offerton, in January 2026 on Monday evenings from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and continues for nine consecutive Mondays until March. The schedule covers all aspects of beekeeping, enabling someone to begin this exciting pastime. A practical course complements this course in May 2025. More details are on the Events page.

The course is delivered by experienced beekeepers who are members of Stockport Beekeepers. What better way to spend winter evenings learning about honey bees and beekeeping?

COMING SOON:
